Prize draw terms and conditions

You enter by ordering, and there is no entry fee. Place any order with us while entries are open and you are in the draw, using the email address on your order. You pay the ordinary price for what you buy and nothing more: we have not changed the price of anything because of this promotion, and we will not change it while the promotion runs or afterwards because of it. There is no premium rate number, no extra charge and nothing to send.

1. The promoter

This promotion is run by Robbie Toys Limited, trading as Toytastic, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 03392671. Our registered office and the address for anything to do with this promotion, including asking us to take your entry out of it, is 1 The Lane, The Loop, Manston Business Park, Minster, Kent CT12 5EZ. You can also reach us through our contact page.

This promotion is run in accordance with the UK Code of Non-broadcast Advertising and Direct & Promotional Marketing (the CAP Code). It is a prize promotion and not a lottery: buying something is not a payment to enter, because the cost of what you buy has not been changed to reflect the chance of entering.

2. The prize

There is one prize: Razor Dirt Quad 24V Electric Ride-On, with a retail value of £699.99. There is no cash alternative and the prize cannot be transferred or sold. If the prize becomes unavailable for a reason outside our control we will award a prize of equal or greater value in its place.

The prize is delivered to a UK address within 30 days of the closing date. Any cost of using the prize, such as batteries, insurance or safety equipment, is the winner's.

3. When it runs

Entries open 1 October 2026 at midnight and close 13 December 2026 at 11.59pm. It is the time your order is paid for that counts, so an order paid before entries open does not enter you, and neither does an order paid after the closing time.

4. Who can enter

The draw is open to people aged 18 or over who live in the United Kingdom. It is closed to employees of Robbie Toys Limited, to their immediate families and households, and to anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.

We sell toys, so we expect children to see this promotion, and we would rather be plain with them than rely on the small print. You have to be 18 to enter, and the way that rule is met is the one that applies to buying from us at all: you have to be 18 or over to place an order with us, which is in our terms and conditions. We do not ask again at the checkout, so this is a condition you agree to rather than something we check. If we find that an entry came from somebody under 18 we will delete it along with the details that came with it. An adult may of course enter and give the prize to a child.

5. How to enter

There is one way in and it is ordering. Each order you place while entries are open earns you one entry, whatever that order costs, so a larger order is not a better one and spending more gains you nothing. Every entry is worth the same as every other.

  • Order anything while entries are open. Just place any order on toytastic.co.uk before the closing time above and you are entered automatically, using the email address on the order. There is no minimum spend and nothing extra to do. We take the email address on the order and the order's reference and nothing else, so your name is not copied into the draw.
  • Nothing is charged for entering. You pay the ordinary price for what you buy. We have not increased the price of anything for this promotion, we will not increase it during the promotion or afterwards because of it, and we have not made anything smaller, cheaper to make or lower in quality while it runs. If you would not otherwise have bought a toy from us, entering costs you the price of a toy and nothing else; if you were buying anyway, it costs you nothing at all.
  • If you would rather not be entered. Ordering enters you automatically and nobody ticks a box to say so, so clause 9 below tells you how to have your entries taken out, at any time and without affecting your order.

An order that is cancelled or refunded does not keep its entry. The entry came with the purchase, so if the purchase goes away the entry goes with it, and we take that entry off as soon as the cancellation or refund reaches us. Only that order's entry: any other order you placed while entries were open keeps its own. Returning something is never a reason we would refuse you an entry for an order you kept, and if you have been refunded and would rather not be in the draw at all, clause 9 takes you out at once.

Entries are counted per order, matched on the order's reference, and we take the email address on the order so that we can tell you if you have won. Orders placed by a computer program, in bulk, or through any third party service that orders on your behalf, do not count, and we may remove entries that are clearly not from the person they name. Nothing here allows us to remove a genuine entry, and nothing here affects your order or your rights over it.

6. How the winner is chosen

On 14 December 2026 at 10am we pick one entry at random from every valid entry we hold, using a computer process that produces a verifiably random result. The process is given a list of references and nothing else - no name, no address, no order and no amount - so it cannot tell one entrant from another and nothing about what you spent can reach it.

We keep a record of the draw and you can check it yourself. It holds the list of entries as it stood the moment entries closed, the random number the draw was made with, the result, and the order the rest of the entries came in. The method is a published standard, so somebody who does not trust us at all can recompute the winner from those things using their own tools. Ask us in writing at the address above and we will send you the record.

7. Telling the winner

We email the winner at the address on their entry, by 14 December 2026 at the latest. The winner has 14 days from that email to reply and give us a UK delivery address.

If we have had no reply by then, or the address turns out not to work, the prize goes to the next entry in the same random order, and these same terms apply to them. That order was settled by the same draw, before anybody knew who had won, and it forms part of the record described above, so a replacement winner was drawn as randomly as the first one and at the same moment.

8. Telling everybody else

We do not publish entrants' details. For six weeks after the closing date we will send the surname and county of the winner to anyone who asks us in writing at the address above. If you would rather we did not give out even that much, tell us when you enter or at any time before the closing date, and we will withhold it and provide the information to the Advertising Standards Authority instead if they ask for it.

We will not use the winner's name, photograph or anything they say in our own advertising without asking them first, and taking part in publicity is never a condition of receiving the prize.

9. Your personal information

Robbie Toys Limited is the controller of the details you give us. This section sits alongside our privacy policy, which covers everything else we do with personal information.

  • What we collect. The email address on your order and the order's reference, and nothing else: your name is not copied into the draw at all. If you win, we then ask for a delivery address so that we can send the prize.
  • Why. To run the draw, to pick a winner and to contact the winner. Nothing else.
  • Our lawful basis. Entering the draw forms an agreement between you and us on these terms, and we need your details to carry out our side of it. Your order is a separate agreement and nothing here changes it.
  • How long we keep it. Entries that do not win are deleted within 90 days of the draw. The winner's name and county are kept for twelve months as our record that the prize was awarded, and the delivery address is deleted once the prize has arrived.
  • Who sees it. Only us and the suppliers who host the shop and send our email, listed in the privacy policy. We do not sell entrants' details, and we do not pass them to anybody for their own marketing.
  • Deleting it. You can take your entry out of the draw yourself at any time, or ask us and we will do it. Asking once covers every entry you hold, however many orders earned them. Ask before entries close and those entries are deleted with everything that came with them, because there is nothing left for us to pick. After entries close the list of entries has been published and an entry cannot be taken off it without making our record of the draw untrue, so we delete your name, email address and order reference from each of yours instead: nothing on the list identifies you any more, and if one of them is drawn there is nobody to contact and the next place on the published draw order is used.
  • Your other rights. You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, restrict what we do with it or object to it. If you are unhappy with how we have handled it you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. We would rather you told us first so that we can put it right.

10. Anything else

If something outside our control makes it impossible to run the draw as described, we may change or end it, and if we do we will say so on this page and act fairly towards everybody who has already entered. If your order reaches us, your entry is made from it here and there is nothing for you to send.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Nothing in them limits your legal rights.
