Assembly Guides

Many of our larger toys, including ride-ons, bikes and playhouses, arrive part-assembled with printed instructions in the box. Most can be built at the kitchen table with basic household tools.

If the instructions have gone missing, or you would just like another pair of eyes on a tricky step, email [email protected] with the product name and we will help. We have been putting these toys together ourselves since 1997, so there is not much we have not seen.

If a part is missing from the box, contact us with the product name and the part and we will put it right.
