Delivery and Returns
Delivery
We deliver across the UK from Ramsgate, Kent. In-stock orders are delivered within 48 hours. Delivery is charged at a flat rate, shown in your basket before you pay.
As soon as your order is on its way we send a confirmation to the email address on your order, so you always know when to expect the doorbell.
Returns
If you change your mind, you have 30 days from the day your order arrives to return it. Returns are free: we arrange a collection from your home at no cost to you. If you miss the collection we have arranged, the cost of arranging another one is yours.
Goods should be returned unused, in their original packaging and in the condition received. Contact us first and we will give you a return authorisation number and arrange the collection.
Damaged or faulty items
In the unlikely event that goods arrive damaged, tell us as soon as you can, and within 7 days if possible, so that we can raise it with the courier while the evidence is fresh. Telling us later does not cost you your rights. If a courier delivered the parcel, it helps to note the damage on their paperwork when you sign.
Faulty items can be returned within 30 days of receipt for a replacement or a full refund. After 30 days you are entitled to a repair or a replacement, and to a refund if that cannot be done within a reasonable time.
