Terms and Conditions of Sale

These terms apply to every order placed through this website. Please read them before you order. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.

Placing an order

You must be 18 or over to place an order. Payment is taken on a hosted checkout page and a contract of sale is formed with the person who places the order, so we ask that an adult places it. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to order for you.

When you place an order you are offering to buy the goods at the price shown. We will send an acknowledgement by email, which is not yet an acceptance. A contract is formed when we send you a despatch confirmation.

We may decline an order. The usual reasons are that an item is out of stock, that we have identified a pricing error, or that we cannot obtain authorisation for the payment. If we decline after you have paid, we refund you in full.

Occasionally an item is listed at an incorrect price. Where the error is obvious and could reasonably have been recognised as a mistake, we are not obliged to sell at the wrong price. We will contact you before doing anything, and you may cancel.

Prices and payment

Prices include VAT at the applicable rate. Delivery costs are shown before you commit to the order and are included in the total you are asked to pay. There are no other charges.

Payment is taken on a secure hosted checkout page. We never see or store your card details.

Delivery

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom. Delivery timings given on the site are estimates. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

If we have not delivered within 30 days of the contract, you may treat the contract as at an end and we will refund you in full.

Cancelling your order

You have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods, for any reason. We go further than that and accept returns for 30 days. Both are set out in full in our refund and returns policy, including how to cancel and the cancellation form.

Faulty or misdescribed goods

Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If they are not, you have a right to reject them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, and rights to a repair or replacement after that. This is in addition to the cancellation right above, not instead of it.

Age guidance and safety

Age guidance shown on a product is the manufacturer's, and it is about safety rather than ability. Please follow it, in particular any warning that a toy is not suitable for children under three years because it contains small parts.

Keep the packaging information and any instructions, and follow them for assembly, charging and use. Where a product has a battery or a charger, use only the one supplied.

Our liability

We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for unforeseeable loss, and we do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We supply goods for domestic and private use. If you use them commercially, we have no liability for loss of profit, loss of business or business interruption.

Complaints, and the law that applies

If something has gone wrong, contact us first and we will try to put it right. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings there.

We may change these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
