Take me out of the draw

Any one of your order numbers It is on your order confirmation. If you have placed more than one order, any of them will do: we use it to check the request is yours, and then we take out every entry we hold for you rather than that order's alone.

The email address on it We ask for both so that nobody can take out somebody else's entries. We do not email you anything to confirm this, because a message asking you to click and remove something is exactly what a scam looks like.

While entries are open we delete every entry we hold for you and everything held with them, and ordering again will not put you back into this draw. Once entries have closed the list of entries has been published and entries cannot be taken off it, so we delete your name, email address and order reference from every one of yours instead: nothing on the list identifies you, and if one of them is drawn there is nobody to contact and the next place on the published draw order is used. This covers this draw. If we run another one later and you order during it, that one enters you again and this page takes you out of it in the same way.
