In-stock orders leave us quickly and are delivered within 48 hours. When your order is dispatched we send a confirmation to the email address on your order, so you know it is on its way.

If you would like an update at any point, email [email protected] with your order number and we will check exactly where your parcel is. You can also call us on 01843 604448 and a member of the family will look it up while you are on the phone.

You will find your order number on the confirmation email we sent when you placed the order.
