Can the Magimals Safari animals be used as bath toys?
Yes - the figures are made from child-safe ABS plastic with enclosed magnets and smooth, rounded edges, making them suitable for bath play. The magnetic halves click back together easily even with wet hands, so toddlers can enjoy the mix-and-match fun at bath time as well as during dry play.
Are the magnets safe for children as young as 12 months?
The magnets are fully enclosed within the ABS plastic body of each figure, so they cannot be accessed during normal play. The figures are bite-proof and sized to fit a toddler's hand, and the set carries CE and UKCA safety marks as shown on the packaging. As with any toy containing magnets, adult supervision is recommended for the youngest users.
How many animal combinations can children make with this set?
The set includes two animals - an elephant and a monkey - each split into a top and bottom half, giving four possible combinations in total: the correct elephant, the correct monkey, and two hybrid creatures (monkey head on elephant body, and elephant head on monkey body). Additional Magimals sets from the same range can be mixed in to multiply the combinations further.
