How many models can you build with the Engino STEM Structures Buildings & Bridges set?
The set builds 9 working models in total, covering the main bridge families - beam, truss (over-deck and under-deck), arch, cable-stayed, and suspension - plus a structural house and a pyramid. One set of 195 precision snap-fit parts is used to construct each model in turn.
Are building instructions included in the box, or do you need the app?
Both options are available. A printed curriculum booklet is included in the box, featuring 10 pages of theory and real-world facts, 4 pages of hands-on experiments, 18 pages of step-by-step building instructions, and a 2-page quiz. The Engino kidCAD app also provides interactive 3D build guides for all 9 models, accessible on iOS and Android.
Does the Engino Structures kit require batteries?
No batteries are needed. All 9 models are non-motorised builds, so children can get straight to assembling as soon as the box is opened. The snap-fit Engino components connect without tools, making the set suitable for independent builders aged 9 and over.
