How many models can you build with the Engino Wheels, Axles & Inclined Planes set?
The kit supports 14 different working models, ranging from a motorbike and road tractor to an airport staircase, a well, a launching platform, and a splitting wedge. Each model is designed to demonstrate a specific mechanical principle, so children build a new concept every time they rebuild the set.
Does the set come with printed instructions, or do you need the app?
Both options are included. The box contains a 46-page full-colour booklet covering theory, experimental activities, a quiz section, and step-by-step building instructions for the models. All 14 models are also available as interactive 3D instructions through Engino's free kidCAD viewer app, downloadable for iOS, Android, and Windows devices.
Is the Engino STEM02 kit compatible with other Engino sets?
All parts use the standard Engino multi-directional connector system, which is compatible across the Discovering STEM range and other Engino construction sets. Parts from earlier or additional Engino kits can be combined to extend building possibilities beyond the 14 included models.
