No batteries are required at any point. The circuit runs entirely on gravity and the magnetic cannon's stored magnetic energy - load a steel sphere, let it roll, and the magnets do the rest. This also means there are no charging delays between runs.
The Easy Combo system means this set connects directly with the rest of the Geomag Mechanics Gravity range. A Basic Combo pairs two Race Track sets together, while a Super Combo links the Race Track with Loops and Turns (763), Gravity Motor (764), and Elevator Circuit (765) to form a much larger, multi-stage course.
The 67 pieces click together using Geomag's standard magnetic-rod and connector system, and a detailed illustrated instruction booklet is included in the box. Most children aged 8 and over can complete the main circuit independently, though some may appreciate a hand aligning the track sections on their first build.
