The rods and spheres follow the standard 58 mm Geomag Classic format, so they connect directly with pieces from other Geomag Classic and Glow sets. Expanding with a larger Glow or Classic set gives builders far more shapes and structures to attempt.
Charging time and glow duration depend on the intensity and duration of the light source used. Holding the rods under a bright lamp or direct sunlight for 30-60 seconds typically produces a clearly visible glow lasting several minutes in a darkened room. The rods can be recharged repeatedly with no degradation.
