The set contains one plastic slingshot launcher with an orange fabric net and elastic bands, plus 12 reusable foam splash balls in red, yellow, green, and orange. No batteries or additional equipment are needed - just a bucket of water to soak the balls before play.
The foam balls work both wet and dry. Soaking them in water before launching produces the satisfying splash effect, but they can also be used dry for throwing games or target practice. After a water session, simply rinse the balls and leave them to air-dry ready for the next round.
