Frequently Asked Questions

All Magicube sets are fully compatible with one another, so the 10 blocks in this Blocks & Cards set connect seamlessly with pieces from any other set in the Magicube range. This makes it straightforward to add extra blocks from themed sets as a child's building confidence grows.
The 16-piece set contains 10 magnetic building blocks across three distinct shapes: cubes, triangular prisms, and quarter-cylinders. The back of the box shows the exact split - 4 cubes, 4 triangular prisms, and 2 quarter-cylinders - in red, blue, and yellow. All three shapes feature in the more advanced card challenges.
Each card is double-sided and printed with an illustrated scene - birds, sea creatures, rockets, and more - with coloured block outlines showing exactly where each piece sits. The challenges are graded: earlier cards use just one shape, mid-level cards combine two shapes, and the most complex use all three. A 2-year-old can start with the simplest single-shape cards independently, with the harder challenges offering progression as they reach ages 4 and 5.
