The mould features five designs: Batman in full wingspan pose, Robin, The Joker, Harley Quinn, and the circular Batman logo. Each casts as a separate plaster relief figure, giving children a full Gotham City set to paint and display.
SES Creative's plaster compound is fast-drying - most figures are firm enough to remove from the mould and begin painting within 20 to 30 minutes, though leaving them for a full hour before painting gives the hardest, most durable finish.
The mould is fully reusable. Once the first set of figures has been popped out and painted, children can mix a fresh batch of plaster and repeat the casting process. The 300g of plaster included is typically sufficient for two full sets of the five figures.
