The set includes six template guides covering a dragon, unicorn, helicopter, biplane, formula racing car, and a 4x4 jeep. Each template walks you through building the model layer by layer with the 3D pen, and once the technique is learnt, children can create their own original sculpts.
The pen is USB-powered via the included cable, so it can run from a laptop, USB wall adapter, or portable power bank. No AA or AAA batteries are required, and no separate mains adapter is needed.
The Creative 3D PRO pen is designed for ages 8 and over and operates at a lower temperature than adult-grade 3D pens, so the tip does not reach the levels that cause burns on contact. Adult supervision is still recommended, and the set carries a choking hazard warning for children under 3 due to small parts.
